We submit your company our letter of Intent. We also confirm that your bank can accept a wire transfer from our major us bank.

Once you accept our letter of Intent we then provide a formal Purchase Order outlining all terms and conditions with our company signature.

When your shipment of Gold Au arrives we notify you the material has arrived and assay has started. We also provide an estimate of when our final assay will be complete. Normally, the time period is 1 to 3 days.

Once our final assay is complete we send you a copy of our report and start our payment process with our bank.

We then get your confirmation on the final assay report and then schedule your bank wire transfer from our us bank to your bank.

Confirmation is made with you that you have received our bank wire in good order.
